The Crab is Walking – a city on the back of a giant crab
The studio Hypnohead, known for the roguelite 'The King is Watching', presented its new game 'The Crab is Walking'. This is a post-apocalyptic roguelite that combines elements of city building and autobattler. Players choose a crustacean carrier and a rider character, build structures on the limited area of the back of a giant crab, combine them, unlock upgrades, and develop the settlement while it moves through the wasteland.
Each type of crab offers a unique style of play, and the limited space forces careful consideration of every decision. The game plans to have over a hundred different units, the ability to combine buildings, and choose between a safe route and a more risky but more profitable path. The developers promise strategic depth in short sessions, and after a defeat, players can start a new run, taking into account the accumulated experience.
‘The Crab is Walking’ will be available on PC via Steam with a full Russian translation, making it accessible to a wide audience.

The update is already available, allowing you to play the original roguelite strategy on the go. The game is already available on PC (Steam), Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch, and now with Russian localization.
