TT Games has released the official trailer for the upcoming Mayhem Collection expansion for LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight. In the video, the developers confirmed the release date — September 18, which coincides with the launch of the Nintendo Switch 2 version.
The main innovation will be a separate story mission, focusing on the iconic villains Joker and Harley Quinn. The characters will gain access to their own gadgets, allowing them to organize a daring escape from Arkham Asylum.
In addition, the DLC will feature a new game mode called 'Chaos'. In this mode, the Joker along with Harley will organize a series of time-limited runs through the streets of Gotham, creating additional obstacles for the player.
Cosmetics and additional features
In addition to narrative and gameplay innovations, the developers have prepared a set of cosmetic items. Players will be able to unlock unique skins, accessories, and details that emphasize the atmosphere of madness characteristic of the Joker and his companion.
LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight is already available on personal computers via Steam and Epic Games Store, as well as on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S consoles. All versions support the Russian language, including localized text.
The game, released in 2022, received positive reviews for its combination of humor, recognizable characters from the DC universe, and building opportunities with LEGO bricks. The appearance of the DLC continues the tradition of the series, where additional packs expand the storyline and introduce new gameplay mechanics.
For fans of the series, the news of the simultaneous release of the DLC and the Switch version is especially important: it allows players on the portable platform to immediately access the latest content without delays. The Mayhem Collection is expected to attract both new and returning players eager to experience the Joker's crazy adventures in the familiar brick world.
