Marvel Studios released a new poster for the upcoming film "Avengers: Doomsday", which for the first time showed audiences not only the image of Doctor Doom but also three Latverian witches accompanying him in the upcoming story. The material was posted on social media as part of the Comic-Con Málaga event that took place in Spain over the weekend.

The festival opening was attended by stars such as Anthony Mackie, Winston Duke, and David Harbour, as well as studio representatives who presented a high-quality render of Robert Downey Jr. as the classic villain. In the poster, Doom takes center stage, his image appearing more sinister due to improved lighting and a dynamic pose.

The most discussed element has become the three witches in purple, red, and green garments standing behind Doom. Their masks conceal their faces, and fans are already putting forward various theories about their identities. According to one popular theory, the witch in red garments could be Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen), while the green one might be Sylvie (Sophia Di Martino), a character from the Loki series.

As for the purple witch, opinions are divided: some believe she is Agatha Harkness (Kathryn Hahn), while others think it is Clea (Charlize Theron), who appeared in "Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness." While these hypotheses remain mere speculations, there is also a version that all three characters could simply be Doom's minions, intended for large-scale CGI scenes.

Anthony Mackie, appearing at Comic-Con, shared his expectations for the film, noting that viewers can expect a "sea of death" and constant chaos. According to him, every corner of the plot will be filled with tension, and the characters will have their standout moments, just like in "Avengers: Endgame."

Directors Joe and Anthony Russo, known for their work on previous installments of the cinematic universe, promise that in "Avengers: Doomsday" every hero will have the opportunity to develop. Actor Allan Cumming, known for his role as Nightcrawler, also commented that he does not fully understand the film's plot yet, which only fuels public interest.

The premiere of "Avengers: Doomsday" is scheduled for December 18, 2026. Before the film's release, fans will be able to follow new materials and discuss possible cameos and hidden details that the studio may reveal in the coming months.
