The developers from The Game Bakers are preparing a set of free expansions for the climbing simulator Cairn. The first addition, named On the Trail: Deep Water, was supposed to be released on August 13, but the studio needed additional time.
“Deep Water” will offer three new climbing locations. All of them are smaller than the mountain from the main campaign, so the authors made changes to the gameplay formula to ensure that each ascent is tense.
In the expansion, you will be able to conquer the mountains Haken and Rukka, as well as the climbing gym Lamu. You will be allowed to play as Aava and Marco.
Cairn tells the story of a girl who wants to climb to the top of Mount Kami at all costs. You will need to manage the heroine's limbs to avoid falling and wisely use resources such as chalk, hooks, water, and food.
Cairn is available on PC (Steam, Epic Games Store, GOG) and PlayStation 5. There are Russian subtitles.
