Airframe Ultra: brutal racing with combat collisions releases November 5

- Racing Airframe Ultra releases on November 5 on PC
- The game combines high-speed racing with combat duels
- Local and online multiplayer are supported
- There is no Russian localization
On November 5, Airframe Ultra makes its debut on personal computers — an ambitious project by the studio VIDEOCULT published by Akupara Games. This dynamic racing game redefines the racing genre by adding elements of combat to the classic formula.
The events unfold in the fictional city of Megacity West, where the racing tracks pass through various locations. Races take participants through the decaying shipyards of Slabtown, through the skyscrapers of the thriving district of Ellay, across the desolate outskirts of Ysidro, and past the grand industrial complex of Texicali ZEGO. Each location has its own atmosphere and architecture.
Gameplay: speed and violence
The core formula of Airframe Ultra borrows the spirit of classic racers like Road Rash, where victory is achieved not only through driving skill. Racers can use a variety of weapons — metal pipes, chains, and even plasma cutters — to take down competitors on the track. At the same time, standard racing techniques can be employed: maneuvers, boosts, and overtakes. The ultimate goal is simple: cross the finish line first and earn the status of street legend.
Modes and Customization
The developers have offered numerous ways to enjoy the game. Local split-screen races for multiplayer on a single device are available, as well as a full online multiplayer for global competition. Players will be able to create and customize their racer character in detail, participate in team competitions, and fight for control over specific sections of the tracks.
Airframe Ultra will be released exclusively on the PC platform, available in three digital stores: Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG. It is important to note that the game will not receive a Russian localization. A demo version of the project is already available on Steam, allowing potential players to familiarize themselves with the mechanics and atmosphere in advance.
