Ombudsman Dmitry Lubinets stated that his office had to rescue several mobilized men from the Mykolaiv TCC and SP, where a number of human rights violations were identified.
According to the ombudsman, a man contacted him, stating that his brother had his ribs broken during mobilization activities involving police, after which the family lost contact with him for 18 days.
Lubinets reported that among the six mobilized individuals taken from the TCC, there were people who suffered from police actions.
The prosecutor's office has already initiated a pre-trial investigation into this matter.
Lubinets emphasized that the approach to mobilization requires immediate changes, and the so-called 'busification' must come to an end.
