Dutch driver Max Verstappen, a 28-year-old four-time Formula 1 world champion, spent the summer break of the 2026 season with his family. According to him, the main part of the vacation was spending time with his daughter, who was a few years old at the time.
Verstappen shared that they spent most of their time on the yacht, where the girl sat in the middle, enjoying the sunny weather and sea breeze. 'It was really nice, just enjoying the good weather and the water,' the driver noted.
The young father noted that the child is already growing, showing a lively interest in water and is not afraid of it at all. "She loves water, is not afraid at all, and this really needs to be monitored," emphasized Verstappen.
Mother's legacy
When asked who his daughter resembles, Max smiled and replied, "She looks like her mother." This phrase was published on social media by the account Portal RBR Brasil, which often features news about Formula 1.
The pilot emphasized that such family moments help him relax from the intense racing schedule and prepare for the next stage of the championship. According to him, resting on the water strengthens family bonds and provides an opportunity to simply be close to the child.
Max Verstappen, representing the Red Bull Racing team, has already become a world champion four times, and his successes in the sport make every word he says a subject of interest both among motorsport fans and in broader media circles.
In the interview, Verstappen did not reveal details about the upcoming races, focusing only on his personal impressions from the summer vacation. He noted that such simple pleasures as a yacht trip help maintain a balance between professional career and family life.
Thus, the summer break of 2026 for the four-time champion turned into an opportunity to spend time with his daughter, enjoying the sea and sunny days, as well as strengthening family relationships, which, according to him, are becoming increasingly important in the context of a busy racing calendar.
