In the Saltivskyi district of Kharkiv, on June 25 at around 16:00, an incident occurred when police were checking the documents of a citizen.
The man began to behave aggressively during the conversation and suddenly attacked the law enforcement officers with a knife.
As a result of the attack, two police officers sustained injuries and were hospitalized.
The attacker was detained in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.
It has been established that the suspect had previously been repeatedly prosecuted for committing various crimes.
