The judge in the Hanzuk case has resigned

The judge handling the case of the murder of Kateryna Handziuk has decided to resign. According to the lawyer for the Handziuk family, Anna Kalynchuk, this may delay the consideration of the appeal.

The lawyer believes that the defense of the convicted may request to reconsider the appeal from scratch if the judge refuses to participate in the process.
