Fedorov spoke about the ratio of losses at the front

Ukrainian Minister of Defense Fedorov reported that the ratio of losses at the front is 20 to one in favor of Ukraine. According to him, the Ukrainian army inflicts 20 times more losses on the enemy than it suffers itself. Fedorov also stated that this ratio is included in the rating of the effectiveness of units.
