Who we are

The MEGA app is operated by the megainet.art project. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

Your account (name, e-mail and user ID from Astrina ID, the sign-in service shared with megainet.art); the details you enter into a service and the results it creates, kept in your history; your credit balance and purchase records (the store transaction number and amount — we never see your card details); a sign-in token and the app language.

How it is used

Only to provide the services: create results, keep your history and balance, process purchases, answer support requests and prevent abuse. No advertising, no tracking SDKs, no sale of data.

AI processing

To create a result, the details you entered are sent to an AI model provider (Anthropic or Groq) acting for us. They are not used for advertising.

Storage and deletion

Your history is kept until you delete it. Profile → Delete account removes your account, the details you entered and your results. Payment records are kept in anonymised form as required by law.

Children

The app is not intended for children under 13.
